By accessing or using the MindMirror AI website, assessment, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older, or for minors who have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian where required by local law. By using the Service you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Nature of the Service
MindMirror AI is an automated, AI-generated self-reflection tool designed solely for educational, informational, and personal-growth purposes. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, diagnostic, or any other professional healthcare advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The Service is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Reports are generated automatically by artificial intelligence based on your responses and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unreliable. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon any output of the Service.
4. Crisis Notice
The Service is not designed for use in emergencies. If you are experiencing emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm, suicidal ideation, or any other mental-health crisis, stop using the Service immediately and contact local emergency services or a qualified mental-health professional in your jurisdiction.
5. Account-Free Use
The Service does not require account creation. Your assessment responses are stored only in your browser session for the duration needed to generate a report and are not associated with a persistent user account.
6. Purchases and Payments
Access to the full AI-generated report is provided for a one-time fee, processed by our third-party payment provider Lemon Squeezy Inc. ("Lemon Squeezy"). By purchasing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and authorize the charge of the disclosed amount. Prices are stated in EUR and may include applicable taxes. Because the digital report is delivered immediately upon payment, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable, including the EU consumer right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU). All sales are final, except where refunds are required by mandatory applicable law or expressly granted by us in our discretion.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent manner;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, content, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and AI-generated outputs made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to MindMirror AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of the personal report generated for you and may use it for your own non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINDMIRROR AI, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR EUR 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindMirror AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence remain unaffected.
